With or Without Fruit Cocktail? While attending last month's interactive newspaper convention here in the city, Microsoft's new hire, Michael Kinsley, compared the advent of the Web to the invention of Tupperware. Imagine as the plastic-bowl creators admired their new product, he said, and only then stopped to worry aloud about content: "Who will make all the green Jell-O?" ... Many congratulations to the San Francisco Bay Guardian on the redesign of its arts pages. Or should the congratulations go to SF Weekly? The Guardian's new Beats Per Minute column is a straight lift of our Night Crawler feature and The Hit List follows SF Weekly Picks, both of which debuted here last summer.
