The standout is Moscow and Tbilisi's chocolate éclair -- the best damn éclair you'll find anywhere. You can achieve creamy, flaky, chocolaty bliss in a lot of places, but Tbilisi's version is creamier, flakier, and chocolatier. And get this: It's chilled.
