FRIDAY: A seven-day festival of Deco-Dent Cinema screens gems from the golden age of art deco-influenced films. Tonight, Busby Berkeley's choreography livens up the backstage musical 42nd Street (Lloyd Bacon, 1933) 6, 8, 10 p.m.

SATURDAY: Deco -- It's an ego-beast feast as producer John Barrymore and spoiled star Carole Lombard torment each other in the Twentieth Century (Howard Hawks, 1934) 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 p.m.

SUNDAY: Deco -- Flappers Joan Crawford, Anita Page, and Dorothy "Slam" Sebastian are Our Dancing Daughters (Harry Beaumont, 1928) in this late silent 2, 4:30, 7, 9 p.m.

MONDAY: Greta Garbo is A Woman of Affairs (Clarence Brown, 1928) opposite John Gilbert, Johnny Mack Brown, and Douglas Fairbanks Jr. 7, 9 p.m.

TUESDAY: Deco -- We're in the money with the Gold Diggers of 1933 (Mervyn LeRoy/Busby Berkeley, 1933), who include Joan Blondell and Ginger Rogers 7, 9 p.m.

WEDNESDAY (June 2): A Goethe-Institut presentation of Caterina Klusemann's Ima (Germany, 2001), about three generations of women, and Anna Faroqhi's Waiting (2003), recording the week before the Iraq War in Tel Aviv. $6 7:30 p.m.

THURSDAY (June 3): Janie Geiser in person with her new film Terrace 49 (2004), several of her earlier "cinematic miniatures," and movies that have inspired her, such as Ernie Gehr's (not Hitchcock"s!) Rear Window. $7 7:30 p.m.
