Comedian Marga Gomez, never out of our pages for long, is on a stage near you again. Marga's Hot Mondays have her strutting around the Plush Room stage and bantering with a series of funny guests. We refuse to repeat the litany of awards she's won (it's too damn long); let's say instead that we caught her in the Mission District recently, at a tiny venue, flinging zingers, taking names, and explaining what a "soft butch" is. She's smart and cute and vociferous, and some guy (OK, OK, it was Mork) called her "a lesbian Lenny Bruce." Tonight her guests are Josh Kornbluth and Aundre the Wonderwoman.
Mondays, 8 p.m. Starts: July 30. Continues through Sept. 24, 2007
