You exercise, and someone else gets to eat. It almost doesn't seem fair, does it? But the ravenous hunger you feel after a good run or walk should remind you of what it would be like if you had nothing to eat. At the Run and Walk for the Hungry 5K and Mile, Ohana Road Runners encourage athletes to raise funds for the San Francisco Food Bank while enjoying a USA Track & Field–certified course through Golden Gate Park. Afterward, go ahead and wolf down a big meal. You've earned it. The event starts at Bowling Green Drive.
