A movie about the miracle man, who runs like God has a pistol trained on him. The movie UltraMarathon Man showcases his stunning feat in 2006, when he ran 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 days. Today it gets released nationwide, and Karnazes is celebrating by appearing here, in S.F., likely jogging in place, to introduce the film and do a Q&A afterward.
