With a distinct aim to scuff soles on the dancefloor, John "Juan" MacLean released the fibrous 13-minute burner "Happy House" back in March, and its titular, plinky, piano-anchored energy found its way to four-on-the-floor fans' lips and hips. Working with LCD Soundsystem's Nancy Whang, Maclean has since released "The Simple Life (Marcus Worgull Remix)." The single's gradually unfurling disco hints that MacLean's next album will be equally cosmos-glazed as euphoria-drenched.
