"That would suck if the artists were bad." Such was the delicate reaction of one of our friends when we told her about the setup of Sketch Tuesdays. We told her not to worry, that the artists are always rad. The setup, in case you're wondering, is that artists sit around and let you watch them making art. At the beginning, everyone has a little squiggle on a sheet of paper, and by the end, everyone has a (more or less) finished thing that you really want to buy. Lucky for you, the prices are low, low, low. This month, the no-longer-every-third-Tuesday event features Alexis Mackenzie, Chor Boogie, Hilary Pecis, Lisa Chou, Angela Knowles, Richard Hart, Elisheva Marcus, Matt Furie, Karina Figueroa, and others.
