The "Tribal Funk 15-Year Family Reunion" aims to re-create the electric vibe of the early-'90s San Frandisco rave scene that birthed it. And while glow sticks, giant Mickey Mouse gloves, and baggy pants are now scare sights outside of Halloween (and Justice shows), many of the key players who fueled past Tribal Funk events will man the decks for the big celebration. This isn't just a nostalgia trip, either: DJs Mark Farina, Tony, Garth, and Jeno are still in demand for their techno and house tunes, while producer Bassbin Twins crafts breakbeat-heavy tunes that remain in heavy DJ rotation.
