Do you sing in the chorus? You probably just sing in the shower. But did you ever notice how happy choral singers look in their photos, all snug in immaculate tuxedos or shining robes? It must be something about the way it feels to sing in a group that makes everybody so smiley. Judging by the looks on the faces of audiences streaming out the doors after recent holiday choral performances, some of that serotonin can be grabbed just by listening. Billowing harmonies reverberating through you appear to be therapeutic. So it's your choice: Join a chorus, or listen to one. We recommend the Golden Gate Men's Chorus in its "'Tis the Season" concert at a beautiful old church (maximum reverb!). Either way, you'll destress while slimming and toning your face muscles.
