Ten years ago, swiss artist Mai-Thu Perret discovered a group of women who founded an anti-capitalist utopian community in the desert of southwestern New Mexico -- and by "discovered" we mean she invented them. Since then, Perret has been created art for and about the group using everything from Russian stage props to Busby Berkeley musicals. Her latest pieces include sculptures, wallpaper, and a mannequin.
