The classic tale is re-told by Werner Herzog, who puts his own stamp on it by including longtime collaborators such as Klaus Kinski, who plays the Count, and Bruno Ganz, who plays the real estate agent looking to buy some choice property. He also includes rats, hundred of rats, probably thousands of rats -- more rats than any filmmaker in his right mind should include in a film. Good show, Werner!
