Releasing the gamut of breakbeat clatter and electro jabber on the Trouble & Bass imprint he co-founded, Drop the Lime (real name Luca Venezia) champions sounds akin to a game of percussive freeze tag, and he'll showcase this rousing mayhem on Wednesday, Feb. 11. 9 p.m., free; call 433-8585 or visit www.vesselsf.com.
Like tequila shots (a love of which inspired his name), New York DJ and producer Drop the Lime's music combines a sense of woozy euphoria with moments of maniacal intensity.
