At the intersection of dance lessons and schoolyard antics is Double Dutch Class. Instructor Jill Herrera of SFC Double Dutch emphasizes that although the class is a super fun bunch of jumping rope, it's not for drop-ins. Instead, the course takes you -- anyone, of any fitness level -- through the one-rope basics and far beyond. Check out the photo: Tough, strong, stylish types swinging THREE ropes. Awesome! Herrera also tells us that SFCDD has some other events coming up. Since this group grew out of the famous jumprope performance gang Double Dutchess, we're hoping this means public jumping in color-coordinated outfits.
