By the time Canadian DJ and producer Tiga broke globally in 2001 (with a bedroom-produced cover of Corey Hart's "Sunglasses at Night"), he'd spent the past decade launching Montreal clubs, record stores, and labels. Emancipated from that genre's ashes on his second full-length, Ciao!, Tiga more deftly balances synth-pop bangers with throwback-flecked tech-house.
