Benefit for the queer writers' series retreat features performances by local queer talents Annie Sprinkle and Beth Stephens, Beth Lisick and Tara Jepsen aka Carole and Mitzi, performance artist Guillermo Gomez-Peña, filmmakers Cheryl Dunye and Sam Green, and music by Heklina, singer-songwriter Jill Sobule, and DJ set by Hunx and his Punkettes, plus an art auction with work by Allison Bechdel, Catherine Opie, Nicole Eisenman, Michelle Rollman, and the Robinbergs, all hosted by Michelle Tea and Ali Liebegott. All also answer the question "Have you made a spectacle of yourself?"
