You Don't Need a Principal
We tried teaching for a while. After students walked in bleeding, parents openly beat their children outside our classroom door, and administrators used business language to steal all the money, we quit. Our conclusion was that interacting with students in the public school system is impossible. Teaching is impossible. No one knows how to do it, and if you don't know how to do it, someone could easily get stabbed. Basically it's worse than you could ever imagine. Bill Ayers, the oak tree who grew from the ACORN series of media incidents and the Weather Underground organization, has been a teacher for a long time. Thus, he is fictional, so it makes perfect sense that his teachography has been republished as a comic book, with drawings by Ryan Alexander-Tanner. Ayers doesn't make any revolutionary discoveries in To Teach: The Journey, in Comics, but his anecdotes are good. His first day teaching kindergarten yields a child asking, "Why does the ball bounce?" and Ayers thinking, "Oh, figs! I don't even know that."
