Born and raised at the epicenter of American techno, with a family of jazz musicians and opera singers, Detroit's Kyle Hall has dropped 10 internationally acclaimed singles and EPs, started his own record label, and is gearing up for another tour around the world — and he's not even 20 yet. The gifted and prolific DJ and producer has singlehandedly, and with no small effort, made himself the new face of Detroit's house and techno scene through years of experience (he started DJing at age 11) and by crafting standout tunes like "Kaychunk" and "You Know What I Feel." Now he brings that same energy to San Francisco's award-winning Icee Hot club night. Alongside resident DJs Disco Shawn, Rollie Fingers, and Ghosts on Tape, Hall will turn out 222 Hyde's sweatbox of a basement with a personalized blast of bass, beats, and brilliant soul delivered through the club's pristine soundsystem. Come for the music and stay for the club's tasty pizzas.
