much like destroying the HANC Recycling Center in order to set up a City owned Recycling Center; whichk besides being just plain destructive would also result in losing revenue; generally shows that no confidence is really expected or desired because it's all about profit and politics and proving how really self-destructive we can be. (run-on sentence, much?)

On a more serious note ; it's apparent to most all now that the muchly hyped 'green jobs' thing as promised by the present W.H. administration and others , was a fraud. Where it did exist , in any form , there was all kinds of rip-offs , as up in Seattle notably..
