It's been 20 years since "Little" Louie Vega and Kenny "Dope" Gonzalez first got together and started producing as Masters at Work. In that stretch of time, the New York-based duo has had an immeasurably large effect on both New York nightlife and the global house music scene. Honed over a vast discography, the Masters at Work sound has a soulful depth and playfulness defined by a willingness to explore and incorporate variety of styles: house, hip-hop, disco, jazz, African, Latin, and more.
