While the soup changes regularly at everyone's favorite pizzeria, you can always count on a hearty soup to take away the chill when even the warmest neighborhood gets cold. The rotation here regularly includes its classic mixed meat brodo of chicken and prosciutto with stracciatella, essentially an Italian egg-drop soup. While it's technically not a soup and more of a dumpling dish, we're obsessed with the shiitake dumplings in dashi broth.
