There aren’t many record stores left as we all know, but Amoeba is great. I can spend hours in here. You can find old live concerts of bands you didn’t even know had live shows out. You can get DVDs and documentaries. I just went and bought a lot of Radiohead stuff here last month. -
A cultural institution in the Haight -
sometimes it pays not to look 2 sharp. amoeba grows on you after being overwhelming at first visit. like a cool drug i keep coming back.
