Sake Martini
As much as we like to take in absurdist shows over a brie quesadilla at the Exit, the sake martini available behind the bar is just about the worst thing we've ever tasted. Unheated sake is not ideal; it's even worse on ice, and a drop of vermouth carries the flavor in entirely the wrong direction. Add a nice pickled onion on a toothpick and you could appall a Beckett character.
