Downstairs is a huge library of cookbooks and a display kitchen where visiting chefs lead classes on everything from rolling sushi to steaming tamales. The store's goods are uniformly high quality; this is the place to come to when you need to replace your Calphalon stockpot or your Henckel cleaver.
