Returning to San Francisco, you'll be reminded how beautiful and airy the city is, with its finely landscaped, green-all-year-round parks (Central Park seemed dreary next to Golden Gate Park), and those spectacular views -- as close as the nearest hill -- of the famous bridges, or the Pacific and the bay twinkling in the sunlight.
