This miniature taco stand is connected to a do-it-yourself car wash underneath the freeway. Apparently it's a good car wash, because that part of the place is always packed. But come for the fish tacos, which are fresh, simple, and divine. The red snapper is cooked up while you wait, then placed on warm corn tortillas, with a scattering of cilantro, a dollop of onion-laced salsa fresca, and a wedge of lemon. Close your eyes when you take a bite and you will feel like you're on a beach in Mexico.
