Being based in the unique sexual playground that is San Francisco has helped him prepare the educators to handle issues requiring more sensitivity and less judgment than callers might encounter with nonlocal hotlines. And Bouvier enjoys the calls so much that friends say his only problem is getting him off the switchboard.
