Seasons Bar
As one of the city's classier cocktail venues, the Four Seasons' fifth-floor watering hole not only proffers an impressive array of high-end champagnes, aperitifs, and cordials, but it also dishes up a most elegant complimentary noshucopia: peanuts glazed with wasabi, plus roasted, salted pecans, cashews, hazelnuts, and pistachios. Above and beyond these tidbits, however, are the nibbles that accompany the house cocktails. The Frostbite, for instance a cold concoction of vodka, cassis, and Inniskillin ice wine is accompanied by a saucer of frozen grapes, while the Gingertini boasts an infusion of lemongrass and a salt/sugar/lime zest rim along with plenty of sweet-hot candied ginger. And the nonalcoholic Peaches & Cream, a simply delicious blend of white peach purée, cream, and locally harvested honey, is perfectly complemented with a chewy, luscious dried peach. An extensive appetizer menu offers tuna tartare, osetra caviar, and a $16 burger, if you're still hungry.
