He writes about timely subjects, such as the time he toured Traci Des Jardins' beer-focused Public House within days of its opening, and conveys as much detail as he can through images. Beer doesn't seem like the most photogenic subject — how many times can you take a pretty picture of a pint? — but the photos on Beer & Nosh remind us that a good eye makes any subject beautiful.
