Throw a rock in almost any neighborhood these days, and you're likely to hit a café with exceptionally skilled baristas serving locally roasted coffee sourced from conscientious farmers in some tropical part of Central America. (Then you'll be arrested for rock-throwing. What's wrong with you?) Most serve up fantastic coffee but rarely with the consistency and aplomb of Sightglass. There the baristas have mastered the ratio, consistency, and temperature of their cappuccinos. We can't gush enough about their selection of Rwandan pour-overs, or the surprisingly delicate iced coffee they make right in front of your eyes. Sightglass excels at everything it does, just about every time it does it.
