The cutest — and, to be fair, the only — BDSM coffeeshop in San Francisco can inevitably be found right next to Folsom Street. Wicked Grounds hosts an array of BDSM meetups, a gallery that cycles through kinky artists, a boutique, and a shelf of sex education books. They even sell Leland Carina's fetish greeting cards (one favorite is a whip-adorned thank-you note: "Thank you for beating me so well"). The nicest thing about WG is that it doesn't coast on its niche — it serves great food and offers free wi-fi, so non-perverts can enjoy the space, too.

WG has delish teas and lots of friendly people. WiFi is solid and couches are comfy. It's a great place to either work or hang out. It's my favorite cafe in the city.

So glad this place is getting the recognition that it deserves.  Wicked Grounds and it's awesome proprietor have been a solid gold gift to the community.  It is a kink-friendly, but vanilla-safe place to meet, host gatherings, and socialize in a friendly casual environment.  Some favorites are the Game Night (with a huge selection of board, dice, and card games), and the newbie munches.  The walls sport a constantly changing selection of erotic art.  And the baristas are always friendly (never the surly attitude of some other trendy cafes).  Plus they even have gluten-free menu items, and dairy free whipped cream which is great for my beloved's delicate pallet.
