Before we get to anything else, have you seen Bowiebranchia, the Tumblr that pairs iconic photos of David Bowie with pictures of matching sea slugs? We’ll wait. OK, now that you’ve scrolled to the bottom of that feed and returned, Bayview casual Mexican restaurant Tato will throw a Bowie Brunch this Sunday, Jan. 13, in honor of what would have been the late musician’s 72nd birthday. (Technically, it was Tuesday, but who’s counting?)

Wut

From 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., they’ll have $11 cocktails like an Aladdin Sane (Champagne, Aperol, lime, and Topo Chico) or a Bloody Mary they’re calling a “Major Tom{ato}” mixed with escabeche — and, of course, a $20 bottomless mimosa, because even if you’re doing a Sober January, it’s hard to be a saint in the city.

For all you heroes and/or scary monsters and super creeps, there will be chilaquiles (with or without carnitas!), avocado toast, and huevos rancheros, plus $12 mollettes made with ciabatta, a black bean mash, Oaxacan and jack cheeses, and pico de gallo, served with roasted red potatoes and chipotle aioli. Happy birthday to the one and only L
