We recently offered five good reasons to love Good Eggs, a new local company that facilitates the pickup or delivery of food from local artisans. Now we've got one more to add to what will surely be a growing list: Eji's, a caterer of traditional Ethiopian cuisine.
Eji Atlaw grew up in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia's capital city, and formerly began her business in San Francisco with the help of the incubation program at La Cocina. Eji's had its formal debut last year at the San Francisco Street Food Festival and returns to the event on Aug. 18. Her menu is all vegan and is based on family recipes.
