The rundown: Michael “GrilledCheezGuy” Davidson has conceived a street-food vendor's answer to VH1's Behind the Music documentary series, a dinner featuring bites from informal food carts (including KitchenSidecar and SodaCraft) and concluding with an opportunity to hear about how these cottage businesses have navigated their way through the Bay Area pavement-cuisine scene. And while we suspect that this chat won't have the same success>spectacular failure>reunion story arc of Behind the Music, it'll leave a better aftertaste.
