Tomorrow: Alex Marsh's Six-Course Dungeness Feast at Coffee Bar

Given the prevalence of Dungeness crab in San Francisco, you'd think we'd do more with its fluffy succulence than just boiling and stir-frying. So reasons Alex Marsh, aka the Jet Set Chef, who's designed a six-course Dungeness menu he'll serve at Coffee Bar this weekend. Highlights include a surf and turf of prime rib and crab bernaise, white corn polenta with artichoke and Old Bay-seasoned crab, and, most intriguingly, doughnut holes with homemade crab jelly and vanilla.
