This year’s Negroni Week — the fifth — sees the week-long festival fundraiser on track to hit the $1 million threshold in terms of all the money it’s raised. As such, it’s bigger than it’s ever been, and several dozen San Francisco bars and restaurants have joined, creating cocktails, doughnuts, sorbets, and even salads that riff on the ineffable beauty of gin mixed with Campari and sweet vermouth.
