    There's actually very little dirt in Durty Nelly's, a clean and comfy pub in the Outer Sunset. Whether you sidle up to the bar or slip into a booth by the fireplace, this wee Irish drinkery cultivates a homey attitude with all the rustic accoutrements you'd expect: brassy knick-knacks, a map of Eire, pictures of sweater-clad old folks, etc. The cottage-like exterior isn't misleading. Sure, Durty Nelly's is cute - but it's also small, so don't even think of traipsing that big bachelorette party in here. The pub grub menu, meanwhile, includes American staples like burgers and sandwiches as well as traditional items like Shepherd's Pie and an Irish breakfast with rashers, bangers, pudding, and more.
