Tuesday nights at the Stud have been drag queen central for so long it's tough to imagine anything else, no matter how gay, happening: from Trannyshack to Pink Slip and now on to Bulb, this legendary male destination probably sees more women's clothes between 10 and 2 on Tuesdays than it does the whole rest of the week combined. Tonight's inaugural Bulb bash promises "electrifying vocalists, titillating trannies, bombastic gogo artistry, & burlesque." In other words, exactly what you'd expect – and hope for – on this midweek evening. Your host is Michael Soldier (aka Precious Moments), who's been a drag star (Miss Trannyshack 2001), a porn star (GAYVN Best Actor 2003), and a rock star (vocalist for trans-punks Pepperspray), so your money is in good hands – even if you're a bad boy, or a bad girl, or somewhere in between. — John Graham
