Ladies and gentlemen, take a gander into the life of San Francisco's very own David Johnson, alias "The World Famous Bushman," via Vimeo user Christopher Lee, Storyteller. Johnson won our Readers Poll for favorite street performer in 2012, but he's been disguising himself as the wharf's scariest shrub for nearly three decades.

Hey, we snobs may sneer at tourists, but we're all about unique performance art. (If you haven't gotten enough, check out Alternative Travel's interview with Johnson, in which he says he earns $60,000 a year and speaks in parables.)
