Our TV critic just finished reviewing the latest Hell's Kitchen season, and she was not impressed by the chefs or the lack of women making it to the final round.

But now's your chance to impress her and have Gordon Ramsay yell at you on national television while you cry over  wilted lettuce — Hell's Kitchen is coming to San Francisco to find chefs for the next season.
If you can slice and dice with the best of them, the casting call is Monday, August 4, 11 a.m.-4 p.m., at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts (250 Rhode Island St.). The casting call states the show is looking for chefs who are 21+, and "can stand the HEAT in one of the MOST EXCLUSIVE and TOUGHEST kitchens in the world." But before you show up to take on Ramsay, there's a very long application to fill out — it could probably double as an outline for your autobiography.

So here's to hoping you get cast on the show and Katy St. Clair gets to review your TV debut and write about the first time Ramsay yells at you.
