Redux In the Richmond, Part II: Starbucks Out Again

Posted By on Thu, Jan 24, 2008 at 9:00 AM

But word comes today that the chain has indeed shuttered its newly-revealed location "following complaints to The City from shoppers and neighborhood residents." Safeway sent a letter to customers Tuesday explaining that they had not applied for a permit to open the kiosk.

Then there was the comfort foods we've grown accustomed to, like creme bruleé, shrimp rolls, and pound cake. Photographs by Mabel Jimenez.
