If you're anywhere near the Outer Richmond at lunchtime, chances are you're articulated extremities will feel as frosty as Otter Pops. Understandably, cold fish is a hard sell. You know, just to keep your body temperature up. Yu Zen, 4036 Balboa (at 41st Ave,), 386-9800.
