On Wednesday, two Michelin-starred chefs are teaming up for a six-course Tuscan dinner at Luce
in the InterContinental Hotel (888 Howard at Fifth St.). Luce chef Dominique Crenn
is collaborating with Donatella Zampoli
, exec chef for the wine estates of Marchesi de' Frescobaldi. Dinners' served from 5:30 p.m. on, though it's not an affair with formal seatings, but rather a drop-in-and-eat-when-you-like dealio. Menu highlights include duck breast with Parmesan risotto and gnocchi with bone marrow and lobster.
