blended the ultimate in high and low local ingredients: 4505 Meats' chicharrones
crowned with Tsar Nicoulai
caviar and drizzles of Cowgirl Creamery
crème fraîche. This crazy mashup fascinates us in a culinary car wreck sort of way. We want to look away, but it's really, really hard.
