The past 72 hours in gossip, innuendo, and cold hard facts about the San Francisco restaurant scene.

Both Eater and Grub Street report that Show Dogs has started serving breakfast sausages and creative hash browns. The new breakfast hours are 8-11 a.m. Monday through Friday, and when the menu gets rolling, the counterperson SFoodie spoke to said thy will open on weekends. The full menu (though a few of the prices are apparently different) just went live on Show Dogs' Facebook page.

Thrillist announces the opening of San Francisco's second Mr. Pickle's (1926 Lombard, at Buchanan, 292-6264, -- S.F.'s first is on 20th Street in the Mission). The pitch: rapidly expanding California chain serving sandwiches.

In other naming news, Mission Mission snaps a picture of a taped-up sign at 2700 24th St. (at Potrero), announcing the former pizza place will become Wok and Go. The pitch: one guess.

Tenderblog notes that Indonesia Restaurant (678 Post) closed a while back. A commenter on the post reports seeing construction inside.
