The past 24 hours in gossip, innuendo, and cold hard facts about the San Francisco food scene.

Those waiting to find out where Yigit Pura's Tout Sweet patisserie will pop-up this Summer may be able to buy a blender or a cardigan sweater alongside the sweet treats. SFGate thinks they've figured out exactly where his Union Square sweet shop will be -- in Macy's.

It looks as though the Financial District's International Food Court may rise from the ashes of its 2008 fire. Gary Soup discovers a "coming soon" sign in one window, and after a little detective work is told to "come back next month."

Even those in the foggier parts of the City love their ice cream, and the Richmond District's beloved Joe's Ice Cream is readying to pass off the scooper to different hands. The Richmond Blog discovers long time owners (33 years!) Mutsuhiko and Aki Murashig are selling the shop to new owners; their last day is Friday.

Giola Pizzeria is readying to make its leap across the bay. Eater SF discovers the S.F. outpost of the Berkeley restaurant is on track to open in April, and will have about 50 seats, which is quite different from their flagship, which focuses mainly on take-out.

Food Truck News: Hayeswire notes tonight is the debut of its Thursday night Off the Grid (Octavia at Linden).

Grub Street notes a Mission Vietnamese restaurant, Cafe Grill Bar Vietnamese Cuisine, has a new moniker: Pho Tam Thu.

Moving: Inside Scoop reports Victoria Pastry Company is readying to move. But don't expect the North Beach bakery to travel far -- they're working on staying in the same neighborhood and hope to create a kitchen space where customers can sneak a peak at the bakers.

Pending: Eater SF locates a forthcoming restaurant across from the Transamerica building. Machka will offer wine and meze, but when is still unknown.

The San Francisco Street Food Festival was another success this year. Dozens of vendors with original, unheard-of creations, such as deep fried mac and cheese on a stick, black pea paste pancakes, and Korean quesadillas.
