Eat your way through China vicariously with the folks behind the Perennial Palate in this quick video, The Traveler's Republic of Tofu. Daniel Klein and Mirra Fine are the team behind prior gems such as For Udon and Country and From Japan With Love (and Dashi), and the latest video is a quick overview of everything they ate in China during two weeks of travel condensed into less than four minutes. We want everything in it, from the roast duck to the steamed buns to the bowls of noodle soup -- and will probably be ordering Chinese takeout for dinner tonight.
