Bummed the three-day weekend's over and the next company-sanctioned holiday isn't until Memorial Day? Us too. Luckily, a few restaurants have stepped in to fill the void created by an endless stream of five-day weeks with new Tuesday deals that extend into the foreseeable future. Whether you're looking for cheap margaritas and tacos or PBR and crab fritters (hey, it's a very specific craving), these restaurants have got your back-to-work blues taken care of.

At Virgil's Sea Room down in La Lengua, $2 Tuesdays is launching tonight, wherein Tecates and margaritas are $2 all day long (it opens today at 4 p.m.). Wesburger's Wes Rowe will be serving carnitas and veg tacos on the patio. To celebrate the event's first night, DJs Debbie DD & Skayda will be spinning vinyl funk, soul, rock and more from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Over on the other side of town, if you feel like braving Fisherman's Wharf, Joe's Crab Shack is getting into the early week merriment. Starting today there's a $2 TWOSDAY deal in honor of Mardi Gras (but lasting far beyond the Fat Tuesday celebration). Two bucks gets you a PBR in a Joe's Crab Shack koozie, or an order of crab fritters with its requisite dipping sauce.

These pile onto the already existing $2 Taco Tuesday deal at Nick's Crispy Taco, and the $1 oyster happy hours at seafood shacks around town. Enjoy eating and drinking on the cheap tonight.
