Splendid Mexican soul food is prepared and served out of a tiny, colorful hangout on the edge of the Mission. Order a taco piled with radishes, cilantro, and crisp, spicy carnitas for $1.75, or indulge in a burrito bursting with tender, citrusy pork verde or a platter of flautas, enchiladas, or tamales for a few dollars more. The agua fresca makes a fine accompaniment.
