Venerable Moroccan restaurant, with exotic décor: low banquettes, brass tray tables, and hassocks. Prix-fixe menu includes three starters (soup, salads, bastilla), choice of entrée (from 15: couscous, stewed meats, shish kabob), dessert, mint tea (a la carte entrees available for $10 less). The food here is well-prepared and sincere. Excellent for large parties. Belly-dancing nightly to recorded music, and servers join in on tabla. Surprisingly family-friendly. - Meredith Brody
